Guidelines

How to write a piece we can publish

Numbers with dates and places
Yields, costs, prices, timings, each with where and when. A figure survives editing; an adjective does not.
800 to 1,800 words
Long enough to make the case, short enough to read on a phone.
Original and unpublished
Not on your blog, LinkedIn or another site. Not AI-spun.
Your own photos
Two to four photos you took or own the rights to, with a line on what each shows.
Sources named
Name the report, trial or dataset behind every claim.
No promotion
No product pitches and no links in free pieces. Your name, role and organisation are credited.
